Chef Lewandowski received his degree from the Culinary Institute of America and thereafter sharpened his skills at Manhattan’s Abby, Gotham Bar & Grill, The Peabody Orlando, and the Ritz Carlton. In 2003 he was named Executive Chef of Tribecca Grill, where he began his relationship with Townhouse partner Drew Nieporent of Myraid Restaurant Group. Stephen has been featured in numerous publications, including the New York Times, Bon Appetit, Wine Spectator, Cooking Light, and Food and Wine. He has also made multiple media appearances, including the Food Network, CNN, Good Morning America, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Fox News, Behind the Burner, In New York, WHERE Magazine, and Julie & Julia Promotions. In collaboration with Myriad Hospitality he has worked as a Corporate Chef overseeing the operations of notable clients: Citi Field, The Acela Club and The Daily Burger at Madison Square Garden.
Stephen participates in many charitable events, including Share Our Strength, Taste of the NFL, City Meals on Wheels, and AIWP’s Day of Taste, a discovery-based program that teaches 4th and 5th-grade students how food weaves its way from farm to table.
Director of Operations
Ms. Cifone manages all of Townhouse’s day-to-day operations and step of service. Dana’s wealth of event and hospitality experience was earned at some of the most reputable restaurant groups in the region, including The ONE Group in New York City and Starr Restaurants in Atlantic City and Philadelphia – where Dana managed all business development, contracts, finances, and oversaw operations from preparation through execution. This included extensive planning, chef collaboration and the recruiting, training and management of all staff. Dana is a graduate of Salve Regina University, where she earned her Bachelors in Business Administration. She is from Westchester, NY and has resided in Greenwich, CT for the last ten years.
